A guardian-and-child action thriller set in rural Wales, where protecting an orphaned boy collides with a contract on the protector’s own life. British vigilante fiction with atonement at its heart and hunters on both fronts.
Ryan Kaine is on the lookout…
When a child orphaned by the destruction of Flight BE1555 needs The 83 Trust’s protection, Kaine and his team travel to rural Wales, where they are the only defence between a gang of violent thieves and the boy’s new family.
But while Kaine works to keep the family safe, a pair of deadly private contractors are hired to track him down and end his life. Ruthless, well-trained, and armed with government backing, they will stop at nothing to complete the contract.
As Kaine battles on two fronts, he must outthink the hunters and protect the innocent before the net finally closes.
Will Kaine be able to make a connection with the boy his actions orphaned, neutralise the threat to his new family, and protect them all from the danger he doesn’t even know exists?
With over half a million copies sold, the Ryan Kaine series has become a must-read for fans of Lee Child, Jack Lively, and Robert Ludlum.
